Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of baking Cocoa

  • 2 teaspoons of Cornstarch

  • 2 1/2 cups of Powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of Salt

  • 2 1/2 cups of nonfat powdered milk

  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows




Instructions:
