The Homestead has 2 bedrooms and can sleep a total of 4 guests (including infants). Accommodations include newly renovated bathrooms and a full-sized kitchen. Enjoy the best sunset views from the screened-in porch.

The Farmhouse has 3 bedrooms and can sleep a total of 6 guests (including infants). Accommodations are newly renovated and offer clean, simple designs to fully absorb the beauty of Sugar Water Manor.

Located above the apiary, The Loft has 1 bedroom and can sleep a total of 2 guests. Enjoy an expansive king room with a spa bath and views of our fields, other apiary, gardens, and river.

Booking Policy: Check in is 2PM and check out is 11 AM. Due to the health and safety of our resident animals and your animals no animals and no pets are allowed. We are a 100% non-smoking property. Please see our full policies under reservations.
Refund policy: We are a small lodge and cancelations greatly impact our business. More than a 30 day notice you will receive a full refund less $25 administration fee. 14 days or less is a loss of deposit. No refund if cancellation is less than 7 days away.
